The company was established in 2008 by the current Managing Director, Justin Wright, with the aim to deliver Electrical and Civil Engineering Services to the Construction and Utility industries with a Safe, Sustainable, Service driven and Satisfaction guaranteed ethos.
We believe in “making light work for you”, in its simplest term, this means getting the lights on and delivering the project as expected by our clients, but it means more than that, it is working with our clients from the outset, bringing over 30 years’ experience in the Construction &Utility sectors to find the best solutions for our clients requirements.

A time served Approved Electrician by trade with 30 years’ experience within the Construction and Utility Sectors, Justin established Utili – Light Limited in 2008. He passionately believes in developing our excellent teams, so that they can safely deliver, a high quality of diverse services to our clients.

Ian joined the team in 2013 bringing with him over 25 years’ experience in the Construction and Utility sectors, and has been instrumental in developing our business opportunities with his excellent customer focused skill set.
He is our ‘Transport Guru’ for our Heavy Goods Vehicle compliance and operations, and actively promotes a Safe Working Culture.
